    1. Coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Project Mangers

    3. Monitoring various site activities/ work proceeds and suggesting the Site Manager on remedies for mitigating the risks involved

    5. Planning cost in coordination with the members of the design team for arriving at practical solutions and staying within the project budget. Providing cash flow data to enable the client to plan resources adequately to meet contract commitments.

    7. Assessing the cost effects when changes occur and agree on variation with contractors.

    Job description:
    1. Prepare the Revenue Budget and monthly revised estimate based on revenue trends.
    2. Develop Revenue Assurance Process and implement the same as per Industry Standards
    3. Follow up on closure of IA points and monitoring the progress. Highlight deviations and critical issue if any.
    4. Monitor and Analyze Revenue on Daily basis to evaluate performance against Budget
    5. Analyze daily Toll collection & Exemption report,  identify areas of revenue Leakage and Frauds and suggest  steps to plug loopholes.
    6. Coordination with TMS provider to resolve the Revenue related issues
    7. Take necessary actions in coordination with O&M Team for closure for various Audit points on Revenue , Traffic and TMS.
    8. Preparation of Various MIS reports to Management on or before 07th day of next month and set up process for review of same.
    9. Weekly visit to Toll Plaza and Test Audit vehicle movement  transaction from system and report to management in case of any discrepancies.
    10. Develop critical SOPs as per industry norms  
    11. Any other work as an when required as per company/management requirement.
