Amitabh Kumar Jha
Managing Director
Amitabh Kumar Jha has over 28 years of experience in the roads, highways, and transportation sector. He has lead a large-scale portfolio, overseeing strategic planning, P&L management, and nationwide operations.
He brings extensive expertise in highway operations and maintenance, having managed over 50 national and state highway projects across India under BOT and annuity models. His leadership spans business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, stakeholder management.
Amitabh had previously held pivotal roles as CEO and COO in organizations such as Reliance Infrastructure, L&T IDPL Invit.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. He has also completed an additional Master’s degree in New Delhi. Further, he has undertaken executive education programs including the Advanced Management Program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, a course in Successful Negotiations from the University of Michigan, and a Contract Law program from Harvard University.
He is known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and commitment to sustainability, safety, and inclusive growth within the infrastructure sector.

He has been a Director on our Board since March 2011 and has been elevated as the Managing Director of our Company since November, 2016. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a former Chief Executive Officer – Infrastructure Project Development of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, managing portfolio across Roads, Ports, Water and Economic Zones. He has previously served as the Chairman- Expert Committee on Infrastructure. of Indian Chamber of Commerce. He has an experience of over two decades in Infrastructure Asset Management, Project Development, Project Implementation, Private Equity and M&A.
Shree Ram Tewari

Shree Ram Tewari is a B.Sc., B. Tech. and M Tech (Electronics & Communication) from Allahabad University and has been one of the most decorated Indian Police Service (IPS) Officer of 1982 batch, Andhra Pradesh Cadre. After joining IPS in 1982 and completing his training in his career spanning for 31 years, he has been the recipient of Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service, Police Medal for Gallantry and Kathin Seva Medal and created outstanding records while working as A.S.P, S.P, D.C.P and Commandant across the states of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
He has achieved unparalleled & unsurpassed results while working as D.I.G. of Police in the extremist field, Joint Commissioners of Police (Law and Order) Hyderabad and I.G.P (Admin) in Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh Office. He was Posted to Andhra Pradesh Bhavan Delhi as I.G of Police Security since Dec 2002 and thereafter He worked as I.G of Police, Border Security Force till 2006 before returning to Andhra Pradesh to work as I.G of Police Organization from where he was promoted as A.D.G in 2010 and worked as OSD Printing and Stationary, and Stores, Govt Press.He has also worked in Indian Ordnance Factories Service as Asstt Manager and Dy Works Manager at Kanpur and Bhandara.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Techno India University, she brings a dynamic blend of academic rigor and industry insight to her roles. As the former Pan India Academic Head of ICA Edu Skills, she has played a significant role in shaping management education. Her early career includes extensive audit experience as a senior external auditor for reputed multinational corporations such as Saint Gobain Ltd., Reliance, and VSNL, which enriched her understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
In addition to her academic and professional accomplishments, Dr. Dey holds a patent in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility and is a life member and certified trainer of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), where she has conducted training programs for several leading public sector undertakings, including Hindustan Copper and SAIL. A passionate mentor, she has guided and inspired more than sixty thousand students globally, helping shape the next generation of business leaders. As an Independent Director of our company, Dr. Dey brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and a deep commitment to excellence and ethical leadership.

Manisha Chandalia is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector. She currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Accounts at Bharat Road Network Limited, a listed company. Prior to this role, she held the position of Manager at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Audit & Assurance) in Kolkata and was associated with the Deloitte group from December 2005 to March 2015.
Her core competencies span Fund Management, Budgeting & MIS, Internal Financial Controls, Finalization of Accounts and Related Reports, Vendor and Associates Management, as well as liaising with banks, statutory agencies, and government departments. In addition to her expertise in these areas, she has gained significant experience in IPO-related processes during the company’s stock exchange listing and has also contributed extensively to the group’s strategic initiatives in the past.
